C2G makes using car2go on your iPhone simple, with support for all car2go cities, including Austin, San Diego, Washington DC, Lyon, Dusseldorf, Vancouver, Amsterdam, Ulm, Hamburg, and Vienna.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why won't C2G show my current location?

Usually this means that you didn't allow C2G to use your current location. To fix this, open the Settings app on your iOS device, then tap on Location Services, find C2G in the list on the next page and set it to "ON".

Why can't I reserve vehicles in advance with C2G?

Right now car2go doesn't allow outside apps such as C2G to make advance rerservations. So, this feature is not possible.

Why do I have to log in again?

When you sign into C2G, car2go only authorizes C2G for 31 days. After that, you have to log in again. This is a limitation imposed by car2go.

Why are there no parking spots / no gas stations?

Only some car2go cities have designated parking spots or gas stations. If you see nothing on the Parking or Gas tab, this is why. I'm working on making this part more obvious.

Why can't I see how many minutes I drove?

This is another limitation from car2go. Outside apps such as C2G can't access your account information such as past drives, monthly charges, etc.
