Your Deepmind 12 must have firmware 1.1.2 or later to work with Patch Base. You can get the latest firmware from Behringer's website.
The Deepmind has settings for different MIDI Channels for each of the ways you can connect to it: MIDI, USB, and WiFi. So, make sure you select the method you are using to connect in the “Connection” tab of the Deepmind editor in Patch Base, as this will tell Patch Base which MIDI channel to use when talking to the Deepmind.
Patch Base does not currently support connecting to the Deepmind 12 directly via WiFi. Only MIDI and USB connections are supported.
